Anthony I think a very interesting article, but the talking point of our artistic culture is a fundamental error. Our influence on the art comes from the Taino and the Spanish. Most of our artists, such as those mentioned Oviedo. They are products of our own culture, just look at a masterpiece of Oviedo and it is reflected in the Dominican culture. We have no influence on the works of Haitian art. We have one of the most influential art schools in America and the Caribbean 7/24/2011
