lynsey I've followed this diet before and lost 5 1bs in 3 days however I was extremely hungry and miserable on day 3 and feel that weight watchers is a much more comfortable diet. 3/18/2011

cindy janett no... i think the tuna diet plan doesnt work because i tried it and no good outcome.. but when i ate tuna only for three days straight i did loose weight... and excercised 1 hour a day 10/21/2010

Lauren Vincent - Go with the Hebrew Beef Franks, I also do Weight Watchers and on the point system a regular hot dog is 5 points, where as a Hebrew Beef is only 1. 4/18/2009
Lauren Lost 8 pounds! I had to sub the tuna for chicken packets and added lots of seasoning to it, but it wasn't all that bad! I have friend who's doctors gave them this diet to quickly loose weight before surgery. 4/18/2009

Venencia I have tried this three day diet and have lost 4kgs in two weeks. I also feel light and not blotted. It also encouraged me to eat healthy, lots of vegetables and fruits and to drink drink required water per day. 11/19/2008
