Paul I have tried this by my self and it does work but once I had three orgasms with an ex girlfriend on one erection without doing this. It took more thrusts at a faster pace but in about an hour of intense sex I came three times. After about an hour in a second erection I had a fourth orgasm with her. I normally can have two on one erection if the first is from oral and the second is intercourse but now then I'm exhausted. 10/4/2009

erik slyker wow good to know. i find it bothersome when i ejaculate too fast.. i dont feel pleasured enough i want more. this gives me control in bed to enjoy sex more and not always worring about performance.. ie coming too fast. i can slow doen and enjoy the moment. 11/9/2008
no name Increditably, after reading several of these articles (which all refer to the same type of exercises) I was skeptical at first, but trust me, once you can master having mulitple orgasms (not ejaculating) it will be questionable if you ever want to ejaculate ever again...yes the feeling is that intense as you have orgasm after orgasm...i'm 44 years old and have just discovered this whole new experience and I can say is...I wish I knew this was possible earlier in my life : ) 9/22/2008
