Gagan My 7 years old had really bad sinus problem. I use to give her so many different types of medicine but last week, i read about ACV. I put 1 TSP in hot water in a pan and asked her to take deep breath. I put towel over her head. She took about 2 mins to breath the ACV steam. Believe it our not... she is all clear from sinus. I recommend this to anyone. It is wonder product... 11/5/2009

Alexa Hmmm...I agree that it is wise to investigate any supposed health claims associated with any food or compound within any food and be certain not to risk one's health. I just wonder why one article on this site touts organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar as having tons of potassium and helping to extract the calcium from foods for more bioavailability to the body and THIS article states that it interferes with calcium absorption and actually lowers potassium levels over time. Which of these articles is correct? THIS is why people become so confused about what is and what is not good for the body. 9/28/2008
