That photo is not a photo of a chipmunk. Most chipmunks have stripes. I think the photo you inserted is an Eastern Gray Squirrel. I cannot put in the link, but do a search for "enature", which is a free online field guide to verify facts on species identification. |

i have got a pet chipmunk i had got it was traped in a guder and i have been takeing care of it and i need some more tips on how to take care of the lil one i feed it nuts and sunflower seeds and she like to eat them and she like to be arond the houes she goes in to her beding area in me and my wifes room she has a lil pin and she sems to like it for now she like us we take good care of her but we need moer info on how we can take care of her |

I have a dog and just noticed 3 or 4 small baby chipmunks in our yard...is there any harm to my dog? Sabrina is a 7.5 yr old Border Collie mix...I don't to worry that she might eat one...there is no way I can fence the area off... |
