Ebony	I'm a victim of OBE i'v been having OBE's for many years now, but for the past 3 years it has been getting more frequent. I get them when im about to sleep. My body is at rest and i feel eletrical stimuli in my brain or vibrating currents, then when i try to move my body , it completly freezes. I feel almost like im paralyzed or somthing, the only thing I could do is move my eyes. I am completly conscious and scared that i might not return into my body. This happens for about 45 agonizing seconds until i snap back into my body. It is not an illlusion, it is real and i hate it.	2/26/2009
Abbey	I don't know what to think. I am not ill. Not on any medication. Not worried or stress. However I had this experience or so I thought. The trouble is I was not looking at my body, instead I found myself in about 18, thousand miles my from my home among six other people who have been dead. At the same time I heard my husband come into the bedroom and presented me with a cup of tea. I was so afraid that he would try to wake before my spirit renters my body and that something awful would happen. A also felt extremely tired after the experience. I wish some one could enlighten me on what my experience meant.	12/21/2008
