i think that animal testing is a good thing. It has improved treatments and infections. It helps immunisation. It is improving cancer treatments. It also had a big impact on managing heart disease, brain disorder, arthritis and transplantation. It also is a prevention of genetic disorder in babies. |

i thinks aniaml testing is still wrong no matter what the pro's and i think alternatives like extremely small doses on humans and animals should be done. i also think only certain animal should be used that for example feel no pain, have no emotions (fish?) and animals that are extremely uninteligent like invertabrits (please excuse spelling!) and fish or flies and similar aniamls. |

Even if 15 out of 20 million are used for medical research, that still leaves 5 million animals. That is ALOT. Does medical research count psychological and other bogus research projects such as testing how much radiation a monkey can take or using substances we know are harmful on animals? So much of what we use animal testing can be tested otherwise or worked around by using different ingredients. |
