kira p if your talking about what i think you are, demons, then just picture something bright and firey like the sun. it always helped me, and i guess its helped others too. i learned the trick from a friend of mine that happens to be a shamen, he said it helped him too, so give it a try. sorry they scare you. just ignore them, that helps too. 10/6/2008
