Marcus Hi Donna, I've got another article about that, you can do a search for 5 Tibetan Rites (I can't put urls in the comments!). They are quite pleasant yet nice and challenging to do. I go to the gym in weekdays and I do the 5 Rites on weekends. 8/30/2008
