born in branau,austria,i read he was a talanted artist...who had a very introverted persona,he was perhaps a figure of hate for his father,however he had close relationships with his mother and some local artists,he was a great german nationalist as where most austrians at the time.
it is not unreasonable to say that he built germany from the ashes and gave the germans back there pride following there defeat in ww1,and you could argue it would not be the great nation and driving force behind europe it is today if it where not for him.
however his racial hatred and superior way of thinking will always be predominent in judging him,and perhaps rightfully so		 2/23/2009
