I think that whether you like the song is dependant on the mood your in at the moment. It's not always just who is singing the song. Most of the time i listen to music to cope with thte things im going through or just to get my mind off of things and people. But i absolutely hate it when i hear a song that reminds me of things and people of the past. Ughh i hate that, there are way too many songs that do that. but music does help people relate and understand things and situations that life puts you through
