| rose | Should 'outdoor carpet' smell of mildew and mold after it was rained on and the sun warmed it up? I had it installed on my balcony in November. It replaced the outdoor carpet I had installed 21 years ago that never smelled... | 6/9/2009 |
| Vera Costain | I have some indoor/outdoor carpet on my front steps - it has ridges and looked very good for a while. It now is covered in moss which has turned an ugly rust colour over the winter, after we had a fall of snow. M y question is: is it better to have a smooth surface carpet outside or does the presence of "ridges" in the carpet encourage moss or other growth. Thankyou, Vera Costain |
