It's hard to stop cutting, but it's not impossible. I've now been "clean" for over 2 months. You can stop now and not do anymore damage to yourself, or you can continue, and one day you'll either kill yourself or someone will find out and MAKE you stop. |

landyn, there are people out there who love you no matter what you think. you can;t deny that. If you die, it will only make things worse for the people around you and cause much heartache. I believe you are strong enough to just STOP. and as hard as that sounds, It can be done. I've helped a few cutterss out of their habits, and you need to know it is a much better life when you realize you can JUST STOP. take controll of your mind ...and alwyas remember theres a God who loves you and that's a fact, not an opinion. |

hey cutting is a habit i know wat ur going through is hard but look at it lik this u have ur self and wat ever hurt u and mad u do it they leve with out any thing u leve with a mark they wount think of u they wont worrie of u they move on and live u can leve a mark on them not u u problebly think i cant help it i love them i wount hurt them but u have to love ur self befor u can love any one i cut i dont wanna die it is the blood that releves me it takes the pain from inside to the out i dont wanna die u probleby dont ether if u think about it its hard but u can do it if u want to bad enough love felicia |

hey i cut myself to but the best way to stop is to think of someone dat really loves u and actually shows that they love u but i callmy friends or i cry wit them so u dont have to cut just think of diferent things i cry wit y friends my friend jimmy before he moved he wuould tell me he loved me and told me to stop cuttin cuz it made him sad so i stopped just because he told me to so yea i love him |
