Ever Heard Of The Kraken?

The mythological Kraken is considered to be the Giant Squid or the Colossal Octopus; I wonder when it will be proven which one of these was the Kraken in the myths.

Sandy Rauen I loved this article! As a first/second grade teacher who has her children dissect squid and eat calamari each year, I am always on the hunt for new information about giant squids and colossal squids. The kids in my class all knew what a Kraken is (thanks to Jack Sparrow! This is high interest learning and there isn't enough out there about squids! 4/7/2008
starprincess That's really interesting. The kraken always looked squidlike, but the movies mad it REALLY BIG! LOL.
