BOB I just read a site that says fiber wheat germ and all the good things are all BS and he goes on to say People in South East India eat more veggies and fruit then any other people but still have the most dieases and shortest life span the people in all other Countries.
What he wrote,pages and pages seemed to make sence

Pam L. I know how great wheat germ is, but it doesn't tell you on the bottle, nor do any of these articles I am reading, say how much you can consume each day. Each recipe tell how much to add, much I can't find anywhere how much each day is benificial. thanks 7/20/2009
