Jessica Rose im doing a case study at school about whether children should have mobile phones.
Personally children under ten should not really have a phone as they should not be hanging around on the streets and the parents should have eyes on their children therefore they shouldnt need mobiles ,
however when a child get slightly older and does start to go out more often with their friends, then this is the time they should have a phone.
not an expensive one as they could get it stolen as I did.but only use it when necessary
and parents should know the whereabouts of their children at al times.
Parents seriously need to think if they are worried about their child being safe then they should not be allowing them to go out away from home.		 9/1/2008
