Trinh i think that the influence of global warming on our planet is rather obvious when there are a lot of fickle changes in climate and its effects on coastal areas and regions near the sea such as the fooding in the cities and the encroachment of sea water,especially invasion of sea water into agricultural land. It is really time that we took praticable actions to solve this problem, or humans ourselves will bear the brunt of global warming. In my country, the coastal areas will be inundated, and arable lands will be completely contracted with salt water if the sea level continues to increase.But how we can deal with gloabal warming when our demand for energy from fossil fuel is still increasing, particularly in developing country due to industrialization and modernization.The prospect doesn't seem sanguine because poor countries are difficult to afford the other clean energy sources, but the economy of these countries can be deteriorated by the adverse consequences of global warming on food production and the devastation of natural disasters on human lives and properties.Therefore, developed nations should help the underveloped nations in finding and using alternative energy sources and feasible solutions to mitigation and prevention the bad outcomes of natural disaster. 7/19/2009
Emily Madsen i have been unplugging every plug im not using and i used to plug in a lot of them like 9 a day and they were never unplugged! I know thats way bad so its a good thing i stopped. thanks to this article i ahve been warning ppl about the effects of global warming and they have also been doing the same thing hopefully this has made the world a little less hotter than usual or at least in my area. thank you 12/4/2008

jodi richardson hola, i think they should stop but peopl don't care people don't know what is going on in the world they just keep doing it like throwing trash on the ground teachers should teach their students about global warming and start a recycling group at school! 5/6/2008
