The Indivisibility of Kosovo: Principle of International Law

Mitrovica never existed as entity with borderlines, and it should never exist in the future. Kosova cannot be divided. Even more importantly, Kosova’s indivisibility should become a principle of the International Law.

In fact, it was not moral for the Serbian Kingdom to invade the Ottoman province of Kosova in 1912.

And the transgression has been punished. Period.

Jack No matter how insignificat is the number of Serbs that decided to stay at Kosovo ,they are still just the remaining part of the serbian nation that was expled from the south Serban region which declared idependence. Ortodox Serbian Chucres are burned at kosovo , nothing is moral about it . 3/13/2008

The -real- social injustice is for the international community to even become involved in a fundamentaly internal issue.
