Danny Welsh You learn something every day, Jeff. For instance I just learned that people can leave comments on articles here on Buzzle. I never noticed before! I'm not a Realtor, never wanted the headaches. But my advice? Forget the company. Find someone doing well, small company or big company doesn't matter, and model what they do, how they do it, what they say, what they don't say, and most importantly what they DON'T do. Jeff Norwood I'm Jeff, I am a certified realtor. I have been for only a few months now. I am frustrated, because the office that I work for (although great) is a small operation. I don't have a problem calling sellers, my problem is that most of the houses that are being sold are represented with the "larger companies" whose names are recognized symbols in the real estate business. So, do I go and try selling for the bigger companies or do I stay with the smaller, more well trained office that I am at now. 2/15/2008
