Pronator Teres Syndrome and Massage Therapy

Jan Sirois I just happend over this article and I think it's more than a coincidence. I had 2 seperate calf compartment releases 20 yrs ago and I alway feel like my forearms are tight. ( I played tennis since I was 8 and was on a college scholarship) They did all 4 releases the first surgery and a year or so later I had anterior and laterals done again. My fascia doesn't have much elasticity in it and I think it's the same in my forearms. 10/29/2008
