| this one | actually, many anorexia sufferers enter their disease as a coping mechanism for experiences they can't control. for example, abuse as a young child. Also, most cases of anorexia nervosa are not as severe as what you are describing. Many fully clinical cases are practically unnoticeable to friends and family because the person has just always been 'tiny'. |
