Bobby Zorich How come I never heard of that old Amish formula until last year or so. Well, it works just
like they say. I just wish I had know about it years ago.

William Crain I have been a long term sufferer of intense, spontaneous calf cramping and knotting-up that would wake me up at night and last for up to ten minutes before gradually subsiding. I would awake in pain (often severe)and my calf would feel like there was an egg-sized rock embedded in it. These episodes usually occurred once or twice a week, although there were weeks when they were more frequent and other weeks when they were absent. I had not gone a month without a serious episode for many years. Although the knot would always go away, when the knotting was particularly painful or prolonged, I always worried that "this time" it would not go away on its own. I developed a self test that involved gently tensing my calf muscle before getting out of bed to see if whatever was causing this problem was finally gone. Unfortunately, every time I performed this self-test, the knot started to form and I abruptly stopped the test. I am the president and CEO of a company that patents, manufactures and sells dietary supplements. Our first product, EndorphinateŽ, is intended to help relieve physical and emotional distress. I have now been using EndorphinateŽ for over 3 months and have had no calf knot and no positive self-evaluation. We are offering Endorphinate free of charge to anyone who suffers from night-time calf knots to try. Just Google "nighttime calf knot", go to our web site and and fill out our Leg Knot Survey to get the coupon code for your free sample of EndorphinateŽ. 12/8/2011

Joann For foot cramp, put heating pad on calf - for calf cramp, put it on thigh. Fixes it right up in 2-3 minutes. Took me years to find it out though. 1/31/2011
KIM B excellent - I had such a severe foot cramp it was unbelievable--but I am a little dehydrated and possibly a little too much wine last night. thank you! 12/20/2010
Jill Orton I am now 72 and have suffered from cramp just about everywhere in my body for years. It has been so bad I have felt suicidal. I have taken magnesium for years and that seemed to help for a while, but the cramps came back. I was advised by a nurse to take a teaspoonful of vinegar when I am suffering from cramp and, if I can even get my mouth open as my teeth are clamped so tightly, I find this is about the only thing that eases the cramp. I do not know why vinegar does this, all I can think is that it quickens the heart beat 11/3/2010

Anne FAerovik I'be been told that eating bananas or cantaloupe helps, as they are both high in potassium. Also Tonic Water - it contains quinine. But for the cramps I have, nothing seems to help. Does anyone know if it could be chemo therapy etc. related? Any cure? 5/20/2010
Anne Faerovik Thank you! I am a cancer patient, and think that the chemo I had, or the Avastin I'm presently getting, is contributing to severe cramps. Sometimes in both feet and legs at the same time, and also now in arms. My oncologist doesn't know what I could do to relive the cramps...what to do? 5/20/2010
Helen T I have tried nearly all these recommendations and no, I still suffer sleepless nights from the pain of cramp in my feet and legs...in fact tonight I am in tears and frightened to go to bed, for fear of the darn cramp again...I am so tired of it, what can I do next ? 3/17/2010
