| Anita RN | The "treatment" area of this can be confusing and dangerous. "Hot water" should never be used or advised to use on an infant. Also, infant acne is NOT treated with oral medications or the topical medication that are listed, and unless the area titled "Treatment of Infant Acne" is read several times, it could be missinturprited and cause harm.
