Leon I think the psoas strecth is wrong you are flexing the hip and that is the action of the muscle so extention of the hip would be the strech. 2/7/2011
chencho i got a knee pain on the left side of my leg which makes me to suffer while stretching and sitting in a yoga position.its been around a month and pain still continues even if i do exercise and take up antibioties(indoxyl).please suggest me a solution where i can overcome this pain.

carl my pain is in my right cheek I don't have any pain in my back or down the leg, I use a recumbant excersize bike (5 miles every other day.) I'm 74 yrs old play golf twice weekly and am active cutting my lawn and gardening (using a walk behind mower). is there a spefic excersize for my pain? thank you. 6/10/2010

carol petersen also try using a golf ball and running the ball over the ball of your foot just below the toes for about 10 min 3 to 5 times per day 5/27/2009
