Karen This is such good information. I just spent the last 15 minutes reading an infomercial that said alot without telling me anything. I guess I needed to buy the book. I'm already on the right path losing 41 lbs by eating balanced and walking/jogging and will send an update once I've mastered the 5 meals a day and the weight training. The meals seem hard for me...I tend not to eat enough.
