Peter James I've been doing quite a lot of reading lately about causes trigering high white bood cell counts. I've deducted that if doctors knew more about medical conditions I wouldn't have to do any reading at all. It's because they they know so little that compells us to seek our own cure! If that's not frustrating enough, once you've arrived at a resonable conclusion as to what is happening to you, now you must contend with an adverse reaction from the medical professionals! 10/24/2010

Judy Kirchmeier Thank you so much for breaking down the white blood cells into different types of Leukocytes. My new oncologist used the word "granulocytes" which is on his CBC graph as "GRA"; I couldn't even spell the word let alone figure out it's meaning. This article was most helpful to me and I learned a new term! 6/10/2010
Tarsizius S. It is quite good notes though you haven't indicated the quontent of each type of leukocyte. E.g. Amount of Neutrophils, Basophils, Monocytes or Eosinophils, which would be good four a Nurse Student like me. But I apreciate your cntribution to my knowledge. 4/26/2010
