| Fbear | WRONG! It is z box office hit but an inellectual flop. My God, "A Night to Remember" was a better use of film and not a sensational, self-serving superficial Cameron extravaganza. Someone compared it to "Gone With The Wind" Well, wrong again. Such "memorable" lines as "Comeon Rose! Rose! Comeon!" will never measure up to "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!" And there is NO doubt that everyone but those ignoramuses at the Oscars finally reconglzed how superior "L.A. Confidential" was. I think in retrospect, they might even change their votes if they only could. | 11/2/2009 |
