I am a single mom of 2 just got out of a abusive relationship, it is just my kids and i now starting a new. I am not able to work , i dont have a car ,no phone, no family my mom just passed away we are struggling and we are living of my son's disability check which just barely pays our rent i have no way to seek help anywhere not having a phone and not having a car makes it very hard my kids are girl 8, boy 9 they appreciate anything if someone could just help me please! |

hi my name is christina sampson and i am a mother of a low income family i have 4 kids. 3 fulltime and my oldest daughter comes down when school is out, she lives with her dad. and you would think that there were a lot of help out there but, in some towens theres not i had to move 2 weeks ago and what money i thought i had for my kids went and is going to rent and the rest of my bills. last year i singed up for the christmas tree here in ada oklahoma, and was hoping to get somthing for all my kids but i did not. my oldest did not get anything becuse she did not live with me just viseted and my 2nd oldest who was 6 at the time did not get anything becuse it got lost. my youngest two got a toy each. when i went back there becuse i did find a card with my oldest childs name on it i saw theme walking out with bikes, and bags and bags of stuff and was told it was for there families.do you have any idea how bad i felt that i had nothing for my kids to open up for christmas...
and it is going to be the same this year, i have been looking for help but to lats iam sorry to say becuse i did not plane on moving. so where can you get help if there is none? but if you or anyone knows anywhere please let me know.

We live in Concord California and my husband and I are trying to help my daughter and her disabled husband and disabled 6 year old grandchild get on thier feet. My daughter just got through having her second baby, so she's unable to work yet. I work full time and my husband is trying to get disability. My name is Melinda Bozarth I live in my fathers basement with my 2 children at 3315 virginia st, Columbus, IN 47203. In March this year my younger sister died of a drug over dose and every since I have lost my home and everthing else I'm fileing for disability but have no way to get my daughter anthing for her 14th birthday on August 27th and no way to get her or my 3 year old son anything for christmas. I just happened across your web site today my mother told me she didn't want to see me again since I moved into my fathers basement. I guess I just need to feel like someone was listening. |
