Hilda Excellent article. Thanks for the information. Very interesting. 1/9/2012
Pheme I have been suffering from high levels of stress and anxiety for a few years. I developed nervous habits of twitching my nose, for example. If something happened that stressed me more, then I would get a nervous tic in one eye. My concentration levels were almost zilch, and I felt confused and 'ditsy'. I began to think that I was going mad.

Eventually I began to see a psychologist as my nervousness and depresssion was getting worse, and I was becoming emotional. After I had seen the psychologist four times, and had sat and cried in her office, I decided to investigate my symptoms myself. I discovered that magnesium deficiency could cause my symptoms, and that taking magnesium orally wasn't of much benefit. I bought a bottle of transdermal magnesium chloride, and went home and sprayed it over my body. Even after that first dose, the difference in my mood was amazing. I calmed down almost immediately. I have been taking it for over a week, and feel normal again. I am calm, and the magnesium chloride has been like a miracle cure. I would recommend it to anyone who was stressed etc. I read that it takes about two months to get back to normal, and I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel then as I feel so much better already. The effects of the magnesium begin immediately.

Interestingly enough, when I told my psycholgist about it, she told me that she had thought that I was probably suffering from magnesium deficiency, and was considering telling me about it. However, she said that she could have lost her license to practise if she had told me about a natural cure for my symptoms, and was very relieved that I'd researched it for myself.

Marilyn I have had migraines since I was 16 and am now 65. I have recently read something
that totally indicates. Lack of Magnesium can cause migraines and it can also elevate blood pressure. I have had an event about once a month or month and a half for the last 6 months whereby I turn on the symptoms of a migraine than my blood pressure scores to 230's/120's. Two weeks ago this happened and I was found unconcious on the bathroom floor after having thrown up and blood pressure was in the 230's/120's. I was taken to the hospital. Had 5 "expert"
(Ha! Ha!) doctors perform various test while I was in the Critical Care Unit. I also had it happen the next day in the hospital.
I got out 2 days later - nothing found - of course! I felt like total crap! I drug myself through cleaning two houses and went to the drug store where a friend worked. I was speaking the friend on Wednesday. She suggested I try some magnesium. I got some and the next day I felt like a different person! I have been taking it daily now for 2 weeks and all has been very well. No more attacks of the blood pressure going sky high or any headaches.

My advise to all of you is to get some magnesium and take it daily. Why doctors
don't test people on their vitamin deficiencies is beyond me! They would much rather push the drugs! After all magnesium is a mineral that the body MUST have to live!
Please write back and let me know how it goes if you take some!

Art Nickel excellent information. my wife is undergoing cancer treatment which includes a trial drug as the CHOP didn't work. In getting ready for this they found she had a low magnesium level and treated it with IV.
It would be great if you could produce information from cancer treatment.
