Beth Gatlin I was recently sick with vomiting and diaharrea with body aching for two days now I have an out break on my upper lip of fever blisters. Is there anything I should stay away from as far as food. What can I eat to help my stomach to feel better as well as helping heal these blisters. do I stay away from acidic or sugary foods. 5/7/2008
