as given in the article speech making requires preparation and in depth study of the subject. we have to prepare the points with the related subject by getting it from various sources.
i remember that dale carniege, in one of his books on speech making suggests many practical tested formulas for an effective speech. he suggests that one should stand before a mirror and practise speaking.
in the present technological world it is indispensable that one is able to utter a few sentences before an audience.
