carlos de Jesus My inquiry about epsom salts goes way back in my long lifetime.. I can remember my parents always talking about the salts for tires feet especially in the 1930"s I have taken it years ago with tired feet but not lately and the notice on the package scared me as i"m type 2 Diabetic. 11/16/2010

Leanne I truly appreciate knowing about the healing proprieties of Epsom Salt. My parents used it all the time and I didn't know why. I used it last night, at the request of a friend whose a Doctor for leg pain due to sciatic nerve damage. It worked so good. I soaked in a tub for half hour after adding a cup to my bath water. Ross Sturge Approx 8 mts ago I was struck by a derivative of The Guillain Barre Syndrome called AMAN = Acute Motor Axonal Neuropathy. I have made very good progress. However, I am concerned with the slow improvement in my fingers particularly on left hand.
