L Stuteville I don't think emotional attachment can be avoided. We can learn how to handle it -- and perhaps the points mentioned in this article are a good start. But sometimes there will be emotional attachments to people, and we simply need to grow through it. It isn't a sin to feel emotional attachment.. It's called being human! 8/1/2009
me sheer nonsense. poppycock. Some of us are courageous and big-hearted enough to share emotional closeness and tender care with many more than one or two people. Emotional intimacy and romance are not one and the same. Asking my partner to meet all my needs for care and c onnection would be a sure recipe for disaster. 2/20/2009
