Chris Um I play basket and you are not supposed to shoot with two hands. You are supposed to shoot with one because of accuracy reasons. If you shoot with two hands you put power on both hands and the ball will go to the sides of the basket if you slightly put more power on one had and can miss the basket most of the time. Sure you shoot with more power but you are most likely going to miss. With one hand you have less power but you will make it from close range. practice on your range and you will eventually make it from the 3 point line.
I put this up as a helper and so you wont get laugh at when good players watch you play. Just a thought.		 9/15/2009
