Daniel My hermit crab was molting, but then she woke up and switched shells. Her new shell is too big. She is very white and stiff, and I tried picking her up and she didin't even flinch. Is she dead, or alive? 2/1/2009
Margaret My hermit crab (which these are new to me as pets) has sheeded its ole skeleton but is moving but naked. Is this unsusaul. When will he climb back into a new shell which many are privided in his habitat. This has me worried, but, I have never seen this before. 11/19/2008
