| gailann | i think the problem with nick lies in him still having his license after 3 speeding tickets why would his dad even let him have the car knowing that he was drinking because he thought that money would take care of everything well this time it did not im sure that it was an accident but there were reasons that lead up to that accident being able to happen you never drive that fast or drink and drive this should teach him a lesson it is a hard lesson but being his parents could not teach him they left no choice but the courts to try to teach him | 5/27/2008 |
