The only thing that I know of that equals this amount of satisfaction is when one male or female, depending on your sexual preference, performs oral clitoral stimulation (cunnilingus) to a female while 1 or more fingers are placed inside the vagina, palm side up (assuming the female being pleasured is lying on her back.)
