The only thing that I know of that equals this amount of satisfaction is when one male or female, depending on your sexual preference, performs oral clitoral stimulation (cunnilingus) to a female while 1 or more fingers are placed inside the vagina, palm side up (assuming the female being pleasured is lying on her back.) The G-spot can be massaged by curling the fingers upward and either keeping the hand & fingers rigid while moving the arm or by performing what I refer to as the "cum here" motion.
