danny I came to KNOW ABOUT SHOPPILLRX pharmacy for a quick fix to loosing weight. Healthy living is a constant present factor that is part of everyday living. I have been dieting for 40 years. I have ignored that facts of actively participating in my health. Now I cannot ignore it any longer. Zimulti (Rimonabant)made it perfectly clear that I am in charge. My new outlook puts my eating and exercise at the top of my priority list. Thanks Zimulti (Rimonabant) and shoppillrx 6/18/2009

Duncan I'd also like to throw my two cents in if that's ok. :)

I was 'skinny' until I had a motorcycle accident a few years back which messed up my back something aweful. I used to work out at least three times a week, loved sports and hated TV and playing video games. (Unless it was half drunk hehe.)

Well, after the MC accident, I found myself at a young age (seventeen) and unable to do the things I wanted to do because everytime I'd try, my back would kill me. I got depressed, sat around the house after school and just didn't do anything. I started to drink a lot of Dr. Pepper/Rootbeer/Cocacola and ate a LOT of fastfood food like McDonalds and BK.

That's when I realised the horrid monster I became. After eating out one night, I met a friend who I hadn't seen for probably a year, and he couldn't even reckognize me! I was like 'Hey Josh!' and he just looked at me stupid. I had to explain; 'It's me Duncan from highschool!' His jaw just basically dropped and asked me how I was doing. But I could tell he was honestly thinking 'Dang man, you've gotten fat!'. Didn't help much either when I had two Double whoppers with cheese stowed away in my bag...

I weight almost two-hundred and fifty pounds! (Where I used to way a nice one-hundred and twenty!)

I got again, depressed. Decided to make a change there and then.

I threw away the burgers and got in my car, drove home and went through the fridge. Out went the coca-cola, fatty snacks etc. Since I was (and still am) addicted to soft-drinks, I cut it down to one can a day. (I drank a gallon a day or more!)

I still ate the foods I liked, but after (and sometimes before) went for a good ten to twenty-minute walk. I also just ate more and more veggies like baby-corn and carrots. (My two faves. :)

After a month, I realized I was actually getting somewhere! The first month I didn't lose much, maybe two lbs. But after the second month, I had lost over four pounds! (Of course, I now ate less then normal, and doubled up on my already doubled up order of veggies for every meal.)

I can't stress it enough, Like Janna Seliger said, veggies people, veggies! :) It works wonders! And it doesn't hurt to drink water, and plenty of it!

Also, like Janna said, take the stairs, walk a littler longer in regards to your parking spot, just be MORE active then you usually are! :)

You'll be surprised what that little 'extra' can do for you! :)

Great article Janna Seliger, liked the tips you gave out!
