The Pali Crib - A Review

I wanted to give my first child the best of everything, but buying things for my baby's nursery filled me with trepidation. Having no previous experience I thought I might end up wasting my money on inferrior furniture, but buying the Pali Sabrina crib was a great decision on my part.

Lora We received a Pali crib as a gift for our third child. And to say that I am impressed would be an understatement! We love the design, the practicality, the ease...pretty much everything! The extra drawer under the crib is an added bonus. Also, when the baby is through with the crib, the crib can be converted into a double bed or a day bed. Well worth the money for someone who is looking to buy a crib. 11/14/2009
Stephanie I also have a Sabrina and it's definately a sturdy crib; totally agree w/ your comments about the drawer-- cheap and seems rickety.
I wanted to add that Pali customer service isn't all that great. We needed a part; they would replace it for free, but it would cost $20 to ship the screw we needed. Pali is located in Montreal, for those of us stateside that means things go through customs. We opted for the $5 regular post shipping option and our item never arrived. When Pali was contacted their attitude was "bummer, probably got lost in customs". This apparently happened so much that they will only ship FedEx (the $20 option) rather than figure out why their shipping department couldn't manage to properly package something for regular post.
Our local store doesn't even carry Pali anymore due to service problems.
So I would say if given an option, I would shy away from Pali cribs and go for an equally good product that believes in customer service.		 11/5/2008
Janine I had a pali and loved it. I used a crib dust ruffle to hide the drawer and thought it made it look even better. 10/22/2008
