And I feel strong.

I am getting bigger, stronger, leaner. And it is good to stay lean in the muscle building phase it means you dont have too much maintaining to do in the cut-up phase. I have the phases because of the cycles Dr Max Powers recommends and they give you what they said on the bottle. But to stay with the point.
