Don Inman Here is the Social Security problem: the ones who need it less get the most, the ones who need it more get less and the ones who need it the most get nothing. The cure: at first, get it out of the national budget - second, make all payments the same for every citizen over 65 - third, pay out every dime that come in each month - fouth, FICA tax 5% on all personal income, no limits - fifth, SS income will be counted as personal income for tax purposes, then those who need it less will have to pay part of it back. This fixes SS forever for it can't go bankrupt for you only pay out the amount that come in. 3/15/2009
