Dog Evolution: Did The Wolf Tames Itself To Evolve Into The Domestic Dog!

It has widely been assumed that humans tamed the wolf and bred it for selective traits to become the dog. The flaw in this theory is that it assumes that humans from 15,000 years ago had both the smarts, the time and enough tame wolves from which to conduct their selective breeding program. A more reasonable theory is that the wolf initiated the taming process and self evolved into the domestic dog!

Emily not good for children! i didn't understand a word (just kidding) . great for papers, but there is no proof that the theory is true. 12/3/2009

Emily i didn't understand a single sentence, but i did like the brain differences of a wolf and a dog. it was a bit long, but it was okay. if i did some more research, i bet i could do a report as good as yours but shorter. i would include all the basics, but so a child could read it and understand it all. i know that i would still need some research if i was doing a project on dog domestication, i would need more reaserch, but it is a cool site. 12/3/2009
