Diane I think Scott Clark should be punished to the full extent of the law, and in addition, should be made to undergo psychatric counseling. This is sick and cruel behavior. Cruel, violent attacts against animals are precursors to cruel and violent acts against human beings. Make an example out of the sick SOB. 11/23/2007
