ziggy i think your forgeting something very important FIBER you can eat as much fiber as you want it doesnt count as a net carb

and there for you can eat as much as you want of selected vegetibles like broccoli because they have lots of fiber and fiber and carb total is combind on the package so 2 fiber 4 carbs = just 2 net carbs

i have been on the atkins low carb diet for 5 years now and i am doing GREAT

Dorian There are many errors in your account. Atkins does not eliminate vegetables, and it does not eliminate carbs, it restricts them. In fact, Atkins requires most of the daily carb intake to be from vegetables. Do your homework before you make a statement that something doesn't work. 1/1/2008
