Ann Hernandez Thank you for your coverage of the Arabian. However, there is a pinto type gene in purebred Arabians known as "sabino" which is known to create some very wild white patterns on otherwise colored Arabians. I invite you to visit the Sabino Arabian Registry :)
You are correct that there is no buckskin gene, there also is no gene for palomino.
