Bodyweight Exercises

Bodyweight training is a great way to get into shape and become strong. But caution is needed. The exercises given here are not meant for beginners.

re Good comments here also, although i think you are missing on other master calss bodyweight exercise the burpees or prison burpees bascially a squat thrust with a push up and jump at the end.
1: Stand tall
2: Squat down with hands outside your legs
3: Kick back your legs into a push up position
4: do one full push up
5: on the up section of the push up kick your legs back under you into the squat positon as in step 2.
6: Jump up explosively and make a loud shout

This exercise has to be performed at a high rate of knots start with ten burpees then descend to nine, eight etc
Guys in jail can do 30 descending sets with a small break of thirty seconds.
This exercise blasts the cardiovascular system, so a thorough warm up is highly recommended!!
