tina i have tried water aerobics for the 1st time yesterday and i have to say i have enjoyed it so much that i be back for another rd tomorrow.
i am overweight and ashamed of going into a regular gym but with swimming i never had much issues so when i went yesterday ppl who was already at the pool invited me to try out and best of all it is free of charge
