Are You Aware That Commercial Dog Food Contains Recycled Pets!

The Recent pet food poison scandal has resulted in the deaths of several animals and the recall of over 60 million packages of pet food. But perhaps the dirtiest untold secret is how commercial dog food manufactured in the US has ingredients toxic to your pet (even so-called preservative free) but MOST SHOCKING OF ALL COMMERCIAL DOG FOOD CONTAINS DEAD DOG AND DEAD CAT MEAT!

Tammy I hate commercial dog food companies. I began investigating my dog's food once the recall took place in the U.S. I didn't understand the labels so, I searched online to find out what terms meant only to find out that I was feeding my dogs poison.

I thought I was bying a great brand , Blue Buffalo, but, then my schnauzer started throwing up. I took her to the vets and she suggested that I change her diet immediately. Going back through to research Blue Buffalo I found that they did have fillers and not enough protein. I started searching to find a pet food that would give my girls what they need for optimal health without tpoisons and found that nothing and I mean nothing on the shelves at any store is good for them. I am just shocked at how poorly made all dog foods are.

I am so upset that I supported Petsmart - thinking they would sell good things for my dogs but, really all they sell is poison packaged pretty enough to make us buy it. Why do I single Petsmart out - because they are a large company dedicated to selling packaged goods that are for pets. They have an ethical duty and responsiblity to pets - or at least that was what I foolishly thought.; apparently to Petsmart, profits are more important than pets.

Please start making homemade meals for your pets. Don't let them eat another morsel of that poison! I know it's extra work for some but, if you incorporate it in your life it will become second nature to cook them up good meals. Plus, you get the joy of knowing they're going to be healthy and not poisoned when they eat!		 5/5/2009
