Emma I think that John Steinbeck was a very talented writer. I love his book, The Pearl. If there was one thing I could cange about his writing, it would be the big words that are hard to understand. Although, that is what I use my dictionary for. Any way, I got off subject a bit here, I wish Steinbeck was still alive so I could talk to him and maybe understand him better... 10/18/2010
