In an unusual racial discrimination case, a white man sued his former boss, who is black, over racial discrimination, says he was called "cracker" and "stupid white boy."

damn shame that whites have been getting away with this for decades and this is a story. for all the times I trained a white man to be my boss and not get promoted, I could care less if now blacks are in the postion to to what's been going on for years |

To reward a white person $150k for discrimination against a black manager using racial slurs is ridiculous. I believe the best action would've been release him of his duty as a manager then have him fired. the reason being, for every person of color that came to face to face with a problem like "Mr.Pasternak" will never see a PENNY nor win a case in court... America is used to seeing a BLACK person crying over racism. I guess this is your come back moment. chuck one up for the WHITE MAN!! |

Well I know I've been through some things too. I never sued because I was white, and knew that it would be dismissed. It's legal to discriminate in the U.S. so long as you discriminate against white people. Everyone knows that! It's not only allowed, but tolerated by whites themselves. So sad! |

I'm glad he won. EVERYONE including some stupid whites think that racist are only white, and that whites have it so easy. To tell you the truth...I was told by the state of OHIO that I didn't get a job because I was white, and they had a quota to fill. Then when I lived in Yuma, AZ I didn't get a job because I wasnt mexican, and when I worked for an insurance company in central ohio...my boss who eventually was demoted because of his behavior and was black...wouldn't allow any whites to apply for better positions within the company, and purposely held them back from promotions to give them to blacks. The department I was in had ONLY and ALL blacks as managers, and supervisors. BUT nothing was done because the company had fear of being accused of racism by them... They only did something when over half of the department (white employees) decided in one week to all quit at one time. That is the ONLY time they did anything. So you see...I am VERY glad he won, and hope that in the future many others who are treated like crap because they are white fight against this country that dismiss the fact that WHITES are discriminated against. |
